Most inspections are completed within 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the vehicle and its condition.
For private sellers it is valid for 2 months or 2,000 km, whichever comes first. For licensed motor dealers it is valid for 3 months or 1,000 km. That window is set by Queensland Transport, not by us.
You get 14 days to repair the flagged items. Once they are fixed we return for a quick re-inspection and issue your certificate.
