5.2. Payment of the Service Price can be made online via a third-party Payment Gateway Provider, Service M8 Pty Ltd ACN 158 943 072 ('Payment Gateway Provider'). By using the Purchase Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and other pertinent legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Provider. Astute Automotive is not responsible for any breaches or loss of information, damage, or costs related to using the Payment Gateway Provider for Service payments.
5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold Astute Automotive harmless for any loss or damage caused by the Payment Gateway Provider when using their services for payment.
5.4. Upon successful booking and payment confirmation of the Service Price, you will receive an automated receipt and purchase confirmation. You should retain this confirmation for your records.
5.5. If Astute Automotive is unable to provide the Services through no fault of your own, you will receive a full refund.
6.1. At its sole discretion, Astute Automotive may provide a full or partial refund if you can demonstrate that you were unable to receive the Services due to reasons beyond your control. This decision is subject to Astute Automotive' absolute discretion and is not a consumer right.
6.2. Astute Automotive reserves the right to reschedule Services if you are unable to receive them on the agreed date, to a mutually suitable time, before considering a refund.
6.3. You are not entitled to a refund for products, consumables, or goods affixed to your property or used during the provision of Services. Regardless of any other refund considerations, you remain responsible for the cost of any products, consumables, or goods provided by Astute Automotive, whether or not the Services have been fully rendered.
